Primio’s AI can create the visuals your app needs — the app icon and in-app images — directly in the chat. You don’t need a design tool, a stock photo site, or an image editor; describe what you want and the AI generates it.
When you create a new project, Primio automatically generates an app icon that matches your app’s concept as part of the initial build. There’s nothing to set up — it’s already applied to your app by the time your first preview loads.
You’re not stuck with the first result. At any point, ask the AI to change it:
Make the app icon a minimal teal fox instead.
Redesign the app icon to be brighter and more playful.
The AI generates a new icon and applies it across every platform automatically.
Beyond the app icon, the AI can create general-purpose images for your app — illustrations, banners, empty-state graphics, decorative art, and similar visuals.
This happens in two ways:
Some images need to sit cleanly on top of other backgrounds — logos, mascots, stickers, or badges — rather than appearing as a plain rectangle. Ask for a transparent version and the AI produces a proper cut-out instead:
Generate a small owl mascot badge with a transparent background.
Only ask for transparency when you actually need a cut-out. It doesn’t apply to full photos or scenic images, which are always generated as regular opaque images.
Generated images appear directly in the chat alongside the AI’s message, so you can see the result immediately without opening any other view. If it’s not quite right, just ask for changes — the same as any other iteration:
That’s close, but make the colors warmer and remove the background pattern.
The same principles as any other prompt apply: describe the subject, style, colors, and mood concretely. See Prompting Fundamentals for general guidance on writing effective prompts.
