Managing Your Account

All account settings are accessible from the side menu. Click your profile icon and select Personal Settings.

Your profile

Your display name, email address, and profile photo come from your Google account. These update automatically when you change them on the Google side.

Appearance

Primio uses a single dark theme, optimized for focus and reduced eye strain during long sessions. There is no light mode.

Plans & tokens

In Personal Settings under Plans, you can:

  • View your current plan name
  • See your remaining token balance for this billing cycle
  • Check your billing period start and end dates
  • Click Upgrade Plan to open the pricing modal

Billing management

Billing is handled entirely through Stripe. Access your billing portal from Personal Settings under Plans.

In the Stripe billing portal you can:

  • Update your payment method (credit card, etc.)
  • View and download past invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

Upgrading or downgrading

If you don’t have a paid plan yet, you can upgrade directly from the pricing modal in Primio — click Upgrade Plan in Personal Settings or any “Upgrade” button in the app.

If you already have a paid plan and want to change or cancel it, you’ll be redirected to the Stripe billing portal. Stripe may ask you to authenticate via a link sent to your email if you haven’t done so recently. In the Stripe portal you can switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription.

  • Upgrading: You get immediate access to the new plan. The price difference and added tokens amount are pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: Takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan’s features until then.

Authentication

Section titled “Authentication”

Primio supports Google and GitHub OAuth for authentication. You sign in with your Google or GitHub account — there is no separate password to manage.

Your session stays active until you explicitly sign out. You can use Primio across multiple browser tabs simultaneously.

Signing out

Section titled “Signing out”

Click your profile icon in the side menu and select Sign Out.

Your projects, settings, and conversation history are all preserved. Sign back in anytime with the same Google account to pick up where you left off.
